Returns, Exchanges, Repairs, Care, and Other Policies for Caitlin Cimino, LLC (“Earth of PRINI")

We are grateful for your interest in purchasing an Earth of PRINI adornment and hope you will be absolutely thrilled with your purchase.

For your own benefit, please read the following policies carefully prior to purchasing.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

Earth of PRINI jewelry is fine art in the form of adornments. We encourage you to care for your piece of jewelry as you would an art piece, and to consider the environment before wearing it.

  • Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft jeweler's polishing cloth or a soft damp cloth to clean it.
  • Never use chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners to clean your jewelry, as this may alter the finish or damage the gemstones.
  • Earth of PRINI jewelry is made with natural gemstones and materials that have not been chemically treated, so they may be delicate. Handle your jewelry with care.
  • Do not immerse your jewelry in water or expose it to prolonged heat, moisture, or water.
  • Avoid bringing your jewelry into contact with the ocean or a pool.
  • Earth of PRINI is not responsible for any distortion to jewelry, damage to gemstones, or skin contact irritations that may occur over time.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

  • RETURN POLICY: Earth of PRINI is a small business that specializes in handmade jewelry. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we may be able to accommodate exchanges on certain items if you contact us within three days of delivery. Exchanges will not be considered after three days post-delivery. Custom orders and one of a kind jewelry are not eligible for exchanges or returns. We appreciate your understanding and support.
  • REPAIRS: For all repair inquiries, please email love@earthofprini.com. Please include your name, description of damage, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your jewelry you will be sent shipping instructions. You will be responsible for shipping the item back with tracking and insurance. Earth of PRINI will not be responsible for mailing issues. Repairs take up to 8 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the repair unless otherwise stated. All repairs are subject to shipping charges and fees. Earth of PRINI reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs as well as repairs due to negligence.
    Note: If you chip or break a stone, having jewellery insurance will not just pay for a replacement ring, but it will also cover any needed repair / gemstone replacement.

  • HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GOLD AND SILVER?
    Our founder and jeweler, Caitlin, is committed to sourcing all jewelry materials in an ethical and sustainable manner. All jewelry is created using 100% recycled gold and silver from U.S. suppliers. All silver and gold has been certified ethically sourced by SCS Global Services.   • HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GEMSTONES?
    Caitlin works with a carefully selected group of independent, reputable gemstone suppliers based in the U.S. and all gemstones are sourced in an ethical and traceable way.
  • CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
    It is possible to pay in installments for any Earth of PRINI in stock piece over $1000, or custom order. Our tiering system works as follows:
    Pieces $1000 - $2500 Payments can be made in up to three installments.
    Pieces $2500 - $5000 Payments can be made in up to four installments.
    Pieces $5000 - $10000 Payments can be made in up to five installments.

    Please note, jewelry will only be delivered once the payment has been made in full.
  • RING SIZING
    To ensure a proper fit, please have your finger sized by a professional jeweler using a United States ring sizer. Keep in mind that the width of the band can affect the fit, so be sure to specify the width of the band you are interested in when being sized. Additionally, please note that humidity, cold weather, and physical activity can all affect the size of your fingers, so it is important to be sized when your fingers are at their normal size. If you receive your ring and it does not fit, please contact us immediately for resizing assistance. Resizing fees and shipping charges may apply.
  • GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    - Expire one year from the date of purchase.
    - Are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    - Are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
    - Cannot be combined with other vouchers or used with other promotions and offers.
    - Cannot be used on custom orders.
    - If a gift card is used without permission, a replacement will not be provided

SHIPPING

  • All jewelry purchases are accompanied by comprehensive shipping insurance. All items will be dispatched through UPS with tracking and insurance coverage. Items exceeding $499 in value will require a direct signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
    Shipping for made-to-order items will occur within 4-7 weeks after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. During holidays, please add an additional 2 weeks to the estimated shipping time.
  • READY TO SHIP ITEMS
    Please allow 7-10 business days for ready-to-ship items to ship.
  • TRACKING AND DELIVERY
    Please track your package to ensure that you are available upon delivery. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your package once it is in the hands of the carrier, please contact the carrier directly. Earth of PRINI is not liable for missed deliveries, late arrivals, or failure to be available to sign for your package.
  • LOSS OR DAMAGE
    Loss or damage during shipment must be reported within 3 days of delivery or loss. Please include a detailed description and photos of the damage, if applicable.
